Facilities Service and Maintenance Division
Long-term or deferred building maintenance is a service we offer to all building owners no matter what size or type of building ranging from a multi-story medical / professional building, to a large hotel or a small retail shop. Our building maintenance service gives the owner peace of mind, knowing that construction professionals are keeping their investments in Class “A” condition.
Hiring Capstone Contractors to provide building maintenance will eliminate the cost of having in-house maintenance employees which, in turn, reduces the owner’s overall liability. Capstone Contractors can also develop a Deferred Maintenance Plan that allows the building owner to plan for future construction maintenance needs by providing long-term scheduling and budgeting.
Capstone Contractors’ Facilities Maintenance Division is also equipped to quickly handle smaller, last-minute, emergency-type improvements such as refurbishing a conference room before an important meeting, clearing a roof drain during a storm or investigating an unexplained water leak. This division is also equipped to handle smaller projects such as complete wall relocation, carpet and base repair, window or door addition or acoustic ceiling tile replacement. This quick response team is on-call 24 hours per day, 365 days per year and is able to quote a price immediately and complete the job (often within hours) while maintaining Capstone’s reputation of high quality, professional workmanship.
