MANAGEMENT TEAM
CAPSTONE CONTRACTORS is a Division of Bullock Enterprises, Inc., a California Corporation. There are three Principals that manage the Company’s day-to-day and long term operations.
James Bullock, President & CEO, holds a Master’s of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of the Pacific. In his 16 years of construction management experience, he has managed projects from $5,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. His hands-on approach, problem solving skills and can-do attitude form the corporate culture of the company. James is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations including marketing and business development. There are three critical items that James personally manages: Project Schedule, Budget and Client Relationship.
Robert Allred, Corporate Officer and Senior Project Manager has 10 years of construction management experience. Through his professionalism and personality he has developed and maintained relationships with our team of subcontractors which has resulted in many successful projects coming in on schedule and within budget. Robert’s attention to detail and his understanding of the construction industry has virtually eliminated the need for contractor generated change orders.
John Bullock, has 28 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker and Owner of a Century 21 franchise. Also, he has 13 years of experience as a Banker and private financier to accompany his decade of construction experience. John is ultimately responsible for construction financing and overseeing the corporate accounting system to insure the financial health of Capstone Contractors.
